Never expected a lack lustre approach from a reputed Courier Company like the named. A small packet to be delivered to Gurgaon from Pune which any other local courier company will charge me less than 100 Rs. was refused by me coz the representative showed lack of confidence in sending the same thru normal courier.
Instead, I was recommended to send it thru speed courier which was charged 4 times the ordinary one. When I insisted for ordinary courier, the lady mentioned a big remark on the docket(Documents sent on Customer's risk)
I was fuming at the lady as to why was she not confident about the safe travel of the parcel and she point blank refused saying do it if you want or else you may choose another Courier Company.
Content and Careless Approach towards business, customer and value for money.
