The only worst courier service I have ever seen in my entire life. This has happened more than 3 times now. The expected delivery was 24th June 2015 and I'm still waiting. This doesn't end here., their customer service girl - DONT know English, DONT know Hindi, only Kaneda.
So many people can not be wrong. Never ever use them for any purpose. Their delievry guys steal from the packages, especially if there is anything to eat like chocolates. It seems they just throw the parcels and if anything breaks they say you did not take insurance. That means if you do not take transit insurance they have rights to throw your parcel and break the stuffs. I unfortunately used them for international courier also, and almost everything I received was broken, unlike other couriers. They won't accept any of their mistakes rather their useless custer service team will come up of lame excuses. Not at all recommended.
