My friend frm goa sent my bday gift via dtdc to blore instead it gt delivered to ap n w/o verifyin the person they just handover the expensive gift to herthey said was to talk to the person whom they delivered to. Where is theresponsibility taken. Is this acceptable. Who in dtdc will rectify the I Guys, I always take it punishment if someone send me something through DTDC Courier service. As it is the "Most Worthless Service" on Planet Earth.
And not to mention "Super Arrogant Employees" who feel they are doing great favour by delivering products to us. I work as an article in a chartered accountant firm. when I joined firm use to DTDC courier but there was always complain from our client that the document is not received even after 5-6 days but once they made a hat trick 20 days passed but the document was not sent that to in same state and TDC is the worst courier service provider of this country. I ordered a product from eBay and the seller has shipped through this DTDC.I waited for two weeks but I haven’t got my product. When I tracked the consignment number then I found that it was showing DELIVERED.
