I have purchased a product form one of the websites and been sent through dtdc. I have been waiting for the product for last 13 days and not yet recieved.
And when I track its stuck in the facility somewhat near to me. For last 3 days it stuck over there. and when I called them they are playing stupid. Worst service ever.
And when my callled the local dtdc office, they are like they are not intrested to deliver the online purechase courier it seems. Does his intrest bother me? Is this the way to reply to his customer denying service? Worst experience ever.
