Till a month back I was a very satisfied customer of DTDC Courier. But during these COVID times their services have become very pathetic. They are unable to handle shipments arriving in Mumbai. Multiple shipments of books arriving from other places were lying in their warehouses for as many as 20 days. No one picks up their available phone numbers; the IVR system would keep you waiting even mentioning your turn in the queue for 12-15 minutes and as your turn reaches 2-3 persons away, the phone gets snapped. Emails sent to their customer service jest mention that they are arranging delivery, but nether the trackings are updated nor you even know when you would get deliveries. Somehow managed to get my shipments after a lot of waiting period. It's simply unbelievable that while other similar companies have made so much of catch ups done in so short time, this renowned courier has actually not bothered to make any improvements.
