D.T.D.C. forces us to book in D.T.D.C plus service, even if we want to book for D.T.D.C. blue service which delivers in 2 days. Hence they charge a heavy sum of Rs.150 for light weighed parcels and Rs.225 for medium weighed parcels.
If the place of delivery is not a metro, they charge Rs.180 for light weighed parcels. I do online trade and don't charge shipping charges to my customers.
With D.T.D.C. I go in a loss.Secondly they don't even except our packaging. They will forcefully want us to buy courier envelopes from them to put our parcels inside.It adds to the charges.
