I have faced worst experience with DTDC they ship the domestic cargo in 5-7 days in high priority.
What a waste of time and useless employees.
In my case I sent the email to suresh@dtdc.com the managing director as well as the company regional offices telling them about the shipment. I got no reply from them. (Edited)
Waste of time to send the email.
The best option is to switch the service to something better.
Anything other than DTDC would be better.
Edited : I have edited this issue because the managing director showed the courtesy and he replied to my email, he told me that the delay was because of the chosen route that is fixed.
But he told that he will look forward with the routes and the delivery with his operations manager and correct if changes needed.
