I have to recieve a courier from Jaipur to Bangalore posted on 29th June 2015. It Reached Bangalore on 2nd July, But Not delivered until Today(3rd July). It was a urgent parcel for me, So I reached The Nagawara office, They promised it will be delivered today, as one Mr. RAM has taken it for delivery. I was waiting for this RAM. So I got his Number from office(9945586664).
You will not Believe even DTDC Chairman will not speak like this. He is saying " I have closed my deliveries for the day, I will try to deliver tomorrow if possible". If a delivery boy is talking like this think about the company. Such a pathetic courier service which gives its staff to talk like this. When I called back to their office, no one is picking my call.
The time was evening 5pm the last call I did, It was not late night. Why do they say they will deliver until 8pm for Express Services. Only Charges are high, Values are nil.
The customers are making this company grow, We opt services by paying them, and we should hear all these paying money. We all have to stop using DTDC courier and share this news via Whatsapp, Facebook, and even update your favourite online shopping companies not to use DTDC for shipping.
