This DTDC is a worst service provider, I couriered a document from Bangalore to Kolkata on 13-04-2017 and I was charged Rs. 100.00, I was told it will be delivered on 15-04-2017 but failed to deliver till 18-04-2017. Poor customer service, they are not able to figure why the delivery failed, they take shipper and consignee address and phone numbers again and give fake solution of checking for delivery status and false assurance of call back. It takes approximately 10 minutes to reach the customer care executive till then I have to listen to their tunes.
When I ask for delivery location office number they gave a mobile number which is of a delivery boy who could not get the details and informed me that he is on bike and to sms me the tracking number and address.
When I again try the customer service for delivery location phone number they are giving Kolkata customer service number which is temporarily out of service.
I Never courier any important document or parcel with this stupid & high priced DTDC in life.
