Worst customer service ever, you go get the contact number from google you will never get a response, if answered they dont know any* . I have booked a courier to kochin from gurgoen D34366376 via air and now its sent through surface . I have lost my regular customer . so kindly be sure you always commit 7 extra days to any one if you are in business .
Lack of professionalism amoung franchises also a issue, they never support if that is not related to thier business you call for a different location dtdc franchise they will give you a number of head office which is never answered
