Extremely bad service, I had put a courier parcel on 48 hours cycle( in which they claim that the parcel reaches in 48 hours) it's been 10 days my parcel have not reach.
Nor the franchise or customer service has any clue where my parcel it. Use it only if you wish to lose your parcels forever. Extremely bad service, Pathetic customer care service. I had written urgent on my parcel but they didn't bother to call me or the recipient.
