A courier sent from Trichy to Bangalore took 10 days and still there is no clue as to where the consignment is. It's my wife's kidney transplant documentation, which is so critical that someone's life depended on it. I have been following up on daily basis on calls, emails and on Facebook as well. All I have seen so far is absolutely unprofessional behavior and no care for customer concern. I would like to sue them. Is it possible?
