The most pathetic courier service Ive seen. My parcel was brought to Mapusa and sent back to Panjim as there was no delivery in the area but they did not call although there was a phone number on the parcel.
I tried calling the number in Panjim a girl called Lata gave me another number to call which wouldn’t work. I tried calling her again 15 times she kept hearing my voice and disconnecting the phone. I called Mapusa again and a guy called Manoj just told me my parcel is not here and disconnected the line.I called Ponda office who gave me the same number which did not work! I finally went on the net and found another number and a girl Rosy and another girl Jessy were very helpful in telling me my parcel is in Santcruz office and I could collect it from there. This after 3 days of hunting for my parcel. My parcel was dispatched from Bombay on July 15th and I will be getting it tomorrow july 27th 2011 I would never recommend DTDC to anyone ever! I dont think stafflike Lata and Manoj should be in their seats.
