This is to state that I shall be filing a consumer forum case against DTDC. I shipped a parcel through air on 18th November for Mumbai and was assured it would be delivered within 3-4 days. That parcel has STILL NOT been delivered. I have been following up with the Mumbai office as well as with the Delhi office and was assured it would be done by 12 pm. Now I have been told that it will be delivered "sometime" today.
The parcel contains important printed material which is required for a conference today starting at 1.30 pm. If this does not reach before that I shall be filing an official complaint with the consumer court against DTDC.
This is the 4th time something like this has happened and we are not going to keep quiet anymore.
The consignment number is D15663686.
