I tried calling DTDC call center to track my parcel, the call before reaching to customer executive gets cut off, something wrong with your IVR
Then tried sending SMS to the designated mobile number- NO replies. Then tried sending 2 emails to Track@dtdc.com yet no replies
Registered my mobile number to notify me of delivery but got no notification and even your site is not updated to let me know whether it was delivered. It just says dispatched from Sorting company
Even their Feedback page is not working? What a morpheushumanrrible customer service
It has been 7 days.
I didn't know that my company was using DTDC otherwise I would have told them to be pretty careful because I had bad experiences earlier too.
Look up at the competmajeechaon and work for Customers, there are lot of good courier companies and people have started using Indian Speed post which is a very reliable service.
