DTDC was one of the best courier service. But now the service is very bad. I had ordered a product from online website. It was supposed to be delivered by DTDC courier service. I got the courier ticket/AWB number. But when I tried to track the number I found nothing, instead it prompted me to enter the correct tracking number. from the e-commerce site I had confirmed the number correct. When contacted DTDC they said they don't have idea on this. Even after 15/20 days I could not track it. I registered complained with e-commerce site and they said that the complaint has been forwarded to the courier partner. It took almost a month for them to track the order, but with no result. When I contacted the local DTDC center I found that the parcel was lying there and they said that they received the parcel 10/15 days ago. I collected that and when I contacted DTDC head office they said they are unable to track the parcel. Really the DTDC personnel are very casual. Don't rely on them. There are better option than DTDC.
