My shipment was suppose to reach me on given date but it was late by 4 days, when found out details about shipment it came to light that it reached my city but it was moving from one place another hubs for four days. Finally when I got my shipment, its seal was broken, product was used and then repacked. When contacted seller said he packed a brand new piece then what happened in mid transit, god knows. Seller does not refund or accept return as he packed a brand new piece. Now i'm stuck with piece that is used by great courier service. Why is that DTDC customer services dont respond to any email or any call. Their customer service numbers show switched off! and I'm amazed people call this service best and fast. I would not even give this service even one star.
