Worst experience with DTDC.
shipment reference M37328701
> Consignment lost at Mumbai Marol hub,
since last 10 days tracking at Marol hub, couldn't deliver till date.
> Chandivli Ofc Mumbai team giving false commitments about documents.
> Mumbai location customer service number is inattentive.
No one showing simple courtesy to revert on your complaint raised via mail.
There should be some rights to consumer against this.
