Unprofessional People and worst experience ever. Review on DTDC Courier

Hi Everyone want to share my recent experience with this DTDC Company. I want to sent one thermos bottle inside one injection and some ice cube for that injection so they didn't tell me that liquid item is not allowed and they quickly booked my consignment from Bangalore to Delhi with express delivery but as result it came back with this explanation that liquid was allowed. For that I have to visit many times to know the update and called many people to know the status but they don't even care about my consignment And in-fact they charge the return fees as well. I bear my loss of medicine, loss of time and money which I spent in their service. So I would not recommended to anyone to use their service. Customer care people don't respond. Staff people don't accept their mistake and even communicate the status of consignment. Worst experience ever. Thanks
