I ordered my daughters books online which was shipped on 23rd May 2016, the shipment office is just 15 kms from my place. Its 31st today and my package is not yet delivered, for the past 5 days am keeping on calling them and they reply as it will be delivered the nxt day. But the package is in the same office no improvement while tracking.
None other couriers will take more than a day or 2 to deliver in this short distance. My daughters school is reopening tomorrow, have to submit the covered and labelled books to the teacher. DTDC guys don't know the importance of fetching the courier service and they never value their customers too.
