I had this machine almost 1 year back, . When I saw this on YouTube I was quit excited and feel like this one will be very cool and solve my cloth washing issues, but when I bought this all this at 3000 bucks I felt like stupid .
You can only wash 2 cloths at a time which also should be light in weight.
Actually this machine is Ideal for only very small cloths like shockes , hanky , underwear , bra etc.
Big clothes like jeans , pants , jacket are not washable in this.
There is no complication while it come to use this machine , so it is very easy to use and safe.
Durability - After using I can say if you use it with small cloth it will be last long.
cleaning is very easy as there are small parts only.
Service support is also very good and responsive
