It has been only 4 months for me using Dlink Wireless Router Dir 600-MI have ordered this router in online e-commerce website Amazon. When I have been thinking to buy a router that time , couple of friends suggested me Dlink and without going to order it blindly, I have researched online again. I found some of the good reviews and decided to order and got delivered in 1-2 days ( depends on selecting shipping speed type you select) . As it is the basic model to use in home, enough for to handle capacity about 4 to 5 mobile devices . ( we use only 2 mobile devices connected in regular) . I have asked the delivery boy about the installation. He told we are just to delivery the product and provided me with no installation information of the router. Now the challenge for me to install the router and I soon opened the box of pack and searched for dlink guide. With the help of that I have completed installation ( with some confusion) . Anyways succesfully installed it. Used youtube viedoes too. Iam still not aware that customer service of dlink router installation is available or not. Coming to price , as I am in hurry ordering it as soon as possible I didn't enquired oustide and order in website( comparing the price in different sites) . I have got it for 840/- Rs ( shipping charges excluded) . It is providing 3 years of warranty that is really great and trusted product. Now present it is 699/- Rs showing on same website. Heard that price has been increased very much compare to 1-2 years. Anyways it is an one time investment and can save you from lot of prepaid internet recharges. I have saved much money in these months from installing router. As I have not used any router before I have suprised experiencing the speed of internet in the mobile. There is an sudden disconnection only couple of times and I didn't recognised why it was ( dlink problem may or may not) .
Conclusion:
You can order it with no doubt if you are looking for basic model of router, you can also find the less price routers in other brands but investing one time with little high price to own quality product is the best thing. During installation the cable connected between power and router is small in size . I have adjust moving my pc table to the plug holder set and managed it anyway . You need multiple ( two sets of plug holders to insert two cable plugs.) I recommend this router for the bachloers in a room or apartment as they can save some money and also to enjoy high internet speed. Hope this review is helpful for those who are looking to get a basic high quality router. My friends have been using this same product from some couple of years.
