From last four years I am getting calls from your sales team, every one tries to be hero ( Sunil Gogia - Abhishek Vashisht ) do commitments but all fail.
Fron the 1st Day I told them not to call me as I am not Interested in any services as DHL India Team is not good. They don't know how to talk with Client. I am surprised I made so many complaints about them but they still call me for DHL services. I don't think I have even a single point to use DHL Services. Delivery Service is very Bad. Delivery agent never makes delivery to my Home. Sales Team is also very bad, never tried to come personally they always want to crack deals on Phone only. I told them so many times they can not beat my current service providers Rate. But Mr. Abhishek committed me to give min 10% less Price from my current Service provider Fedex. He Asked me for rate sheet of my current service Provider on 26 April by email and committed me for min 10% less Price from Fedex.
On 13 May I was charged at a rate which was much higher than Fedex. Now I want to ask why he wasted my time ? Why did he offer me which was not possible for him to give. He doesn't know own company working Limits ? When I contacted Country Head Office for the same, Mr. Abhishek Vashisht called me and talked to me in very bad way.
I contacted country Head Office many times before too but no result from them too
