They have unique trap in which you are helpless.& talk to you in such a manner after you are trapped in as if they r don. But in starting they will show good politeness& customer service.they will not reduce your interest rate when RBI reduces.& ask you to pay 2% of outstanding if u will to reduce interest rates. Poor service. U can't get documents also for transferring loan into other bank. U have to wait for 2 months. They say. Docs& coming from girgaon office& takes time to reach.
