I am from Junagadh, city of Gujarat, and when it was compulsory to use set top box locally, we forced to install DEN from the network cable operator.
It has not that many variety of plans and also service is very very poor, not so much of settings to set something in set top box. There are so many times disturbance in network coverage while watching TV.
Customer service is even not that good. I do not recommend this DTH operator to be used to anyone. Airtel, Videocon, I have used other connections in other parts of India when I was there, their services are good, plans have varieties, customer supports are best. Although DEN have some of HD channels, but not all available at local rate. Please think thrice before go for this.
