I purchased an SME package in Navi Mumbai - Belapur region from D-Vois SSV for 6 months SME package which they charged upfront amount of 7900+500=8400 in 1st June 2015, Now its around 2 months and I have never seen there connection working, they keep making excuses, the sales guy(Mr RAM MISHRA) who sold the package while selling he told me that I will be your account manager to now he says "My job is to Sell after that the responsibility of service is Dvois, not mine" you contact Customer Support, Customer Support never picks up the call or behave very ARROGANTLY?
Finally after 45 days of struggle and patience waiting for the service to be available, I asked for refund "As NEVER GOT THE CONNECTION WORKING FOR MORE THAN 15mins continously" the sales guy cum account manager plainly refuses even to meet me or makes excuses, PURE CASE OF ABSCONDING after selling.
NO one is ready to take up the call, even after saying that I would file complaint in Consumer Forum.
Such a pathetic experience was never felt in entire life, it seems like this people have the License to CHEAT people in day light in a Metro like Navi Mumbai.
Never trust the D-Vois, if u buy service from D-Vois think that your throwing away your money in Trash.
