D Paul's asked me to sign as organisor of tour. Review on D. Paul's Travels, Delhi

If I had read the advertisement of Dpauls tour for Thailand for Rs. 14, 999. I do not understand what will happen if they write Rs. 15, 000 which is a proper figure. When I applied for taking the tour to Thailand with group as per their advertisement in newspapers by D Pauls, I was surprised when they asked me to sign a certificate that I am the organizer of the tour.

I did not agree for such false certification because I was neither an organisor nor a manager for their tour. I did not take their services as I found their dealing fishy. I went to Bangkok and Pattaya on my own taking a direct 4 hour flight to Bangkok by Cathay Pacific and saved half a day. D Paul's Kingfisher flight takes a long wait at Kolkata airport and the group reaches Pattaya in the evening.

I saw much more of Pattaya and Bangkok than I woulf have seen with any group tour. Hotels are available for 300 to 500 Baht (with breakfast),  Indian food for 200 Baht per person, Travel to Koh Lam for 60 Baht (return trip on ferry), Gem and jewelry is free. Cathay pacific return air fare is Rs. 13, 000. Direct AC bus from Swarnabhumi airport to Pattaya costs 124 Baht and reaches in 2 hours. Local travel in Pattaya is by Baht taxis that cost 10 Baht standard rate for any distance. In Bangkok there are very cheap city buses. So, you can do a cheap tour on your own if you know how to read maps and get information from internet.

You can get visa on arrival. keep 10, 000 Baht cash, passport validity for over 6 months and two 4 cm X 3 cm size photos for visa.

If you have a low budget and want to see more places rather than being bound to the group tour, you can easily manage on your own in the same cost and see many other places at your own pace. In Thailand very few people understand English.
