I traveled by Dpaul tour operator to Bangkok on 13/7 night and reached Bangkok on 14/7.i was told I will be picked and dropped to pattaya by them, but nobody was there to pick me up.pattaya and the hotel there was almost 200 kms, which I managed on my own from cab at Baht 2000[INR4000]the excuse they made was that -they waited for 30 minutes and they left without me.that day VISA ON ARRIVAL, IMMIGRATION and CUSTOM took unusually more time, where is my fault. I waited 3 hours at airport and when I talked to the authorities most of the mobile nos.were switched off while others just declined any help.Problem in Thailand is that people donot speak English.much and they cant answer you.I was very much frustrated.
the same thing got repeated to me next day on CORAL ISLANDS when no body came to pick on predetermined time, I waited for 1 hour and reached hotel on my expense.
there was frustration and unusual expenses of Baht2100, who will pay for my expenses and problems.I know you people cant answer this too.
Although I GOT A CALL FROM Dpaul-Mr Nagpal who apologized on behalf of every one and offered a safe hassle free journey next time.
