I shop regularly at D Mart - Ramachandrapuram, which is at a walkable distance from my house. The parking facility is good but not sufficient at peak times. The product catalog is very high. You will get almost everything here. But the major problem here is that few products don't have barcodes on them. The barcode tag may be lost while arranging the products on their shelves or while the customers observing them. If a customer puts such products in their basket, they are getting rejected at the billing counter. This has happened to me twice. The staff should check the barcode tags regularly. Another complaint is regarding billing counters. The counters are very few in number, that too on the ground floor. They rarely open counters on the other floors. I need to wait for at least 20 minutes at the billing counter to get my products billed. This should be looked after by the management.
