I have been a customer of D mart since last 3 years now. and visit it for regular groceries every sunday.
Service & Support: The D mart is a self help store and you have all the freedom to browse through the items put in the display. you can check them. inspect them. take whatever quantity you like. there so many items that many times you need help to find out the desired product. in which the store attendants are always ready to help you. and they are very nice to ask for anything. They readily take you to the product and makes sure that you have the right one.
The billing desks are also very efficient and fast. even the returns are very easy. just go there and they will pay you back.
Information Depth: Usually the products available are packaged and they have all the information written on them. to read. there are no time limits. not dakka mukki. just go easy. the loose products are also put in open baskets. go inspect them. check them. if you are satisfied then buy them in whatever quantity you like.
Content: The biggest positive point is the content of the stores. It almost has everything for the house hold use. like detergents, the clothes, stationary, bathroom items, washing materials. food, dairy products. and what not. except green veges and fruits which they have stopped selling now.
User Friendly: This is again the most positive part as the store is open to all and all the products are in your reach you can easily see them and after proper satisfaction if you like purchase. no body to show you faces.
Time to Load: I don't think that this topic suites to the store as it a super mart and not a website.
All an all I always have a pleasant experience shopping in D mart Akota.
