I am using this modem since 2013, till date, I had not found any serious issues with the product. It is a very good product working well without any problems. The way it show the light indications helps me to understand it working and connectivity to the broadband. Good quality product, durable, and reliable to purchase. Excellent value for money. Its connectivity is bit faster when compared to other modems available locally in the markets. It take around 30-45 seconds to get connect to the broadband, pretty fast. I am completely satisfied as an user of this product.
