My worst customer experience till now in terms of behavior and staff attitude till now was experienced around 3 months back at "Cynosure Manik's Auto Center" located at barasat.After consulting with my friends and family I decided to purchase a honda activa from this particular showroom which deals in automotive sale and accordingly expertise in terms of selling and repairing "Scooties".
When I got their phone number through on-line yellow pages and justdail I gave them a call and the offer given to me to purchase the activa was just too good and attractive to me to put down hence the very next day I pushed off to that place with my legal documents and bank statements to book my scooty.
I was promised EMI down payment of Rs.20, 550 and a monthly emi of Rs.4, 000 for the next 9 months. But once I reached the place and faced the financier he gave me a calculation which was not anywhere close to what I was promised.They asked me to pay an EMI of Rs.5, 600.00 for 9 months, the calculation did not seem right as the interest rate was very high, I did not want to pay Rs.12, 000 extra which does not include the one road and final purchasing price.Over all the staff behaved very rudely with me and did not even offer me a glass of water when they realized that i'm not falling for their tricks.The acted like crocks and denied the offer that they gave me over the phone.Over all the worst experience that I have had till date.
