Most people look at the price first before buying a cycle. Frankly speaking I think this is a bad method of going about the whole thing…specially if you’re a true cycle enthusiast! Of course, price is extremely important, it’s just that other things should be looked at first before one starts asking questions about the price of the cycle. To begin with, the brand of the cycle says loads about how it’s going to perform for you in the years ahead.
Before purchasing my cycle, I had only two brands in mind…Binachi and Cannondale. This is because I am most familiar with these two brands and they have earned my trust over the years. Now I’m not saying other brands aren’t good also, it’s just that these are the first brands I set my sights on. I bought my Bianchi Camaleonte I a few weeks back and it has served me really well so far.
The cycle is pretty low maintenance and I’ve had no issues with anything except the gears wheels which just need regular oiling and maintenance. The handling is quite accurate and the brakes are sturdy and can withstand rough use. And for a reasonable 26k (if you want a really good cycle) I think it’s a pretty good deal as there’s nothing much that you can ask for more than this.
Bianchi as I mentioned above is a brand that one can trust and as expected, it has certainly delivered in my eyes!
