why thives wont thieve cycle is because they have to pedal all the way and where to hide it.

How to cycle.

I think there is no need to teach a person how to cycle.Even if a person is first time cycling in life it can be learnt so fast say in one hour.

One hour is it enough to learn.

I learnt to cycle say 53 years back, and any second give me a cycle I can do as fast as any teenager.

To cycle all you need is to go to a open field, start to sit on the seat by any means and pedal.
