CYCLING:


Great exercise.Is a good,vigourous exercise that tones the thigh and calf muscles.It increases the flexibility of your knees and ankles.The abdominal muscles too are tightened.You also burn lots of calories.Just 20-25 mins a day is enough to achieve the sexiest thighs...!! I find this the most relaxing among the other exercises that I do.Relaxation is also energising.And energy generates more enery.So the more you exercise,and th more you learn to completely relax,the better the results.


It's imp,at the outset to mentally prepare yourself to enjoy this exercise!Select your favouite spot near a window or in the lawn,and fix a particularly unrushed time of the day.This way you will do justice to your exercise.Then,switch on your favourite music,so that you can cycle at a pace and beat you enjoy!!-and you're all set.


A sound and a fit body will always prove beneficial to you.


Make it a lifestyle,not just a fad.It's easy to live with it.Just make up your mind,and be patient.


Rome was not built overnight!!And neither will your healthy body!


Remember,we have a body that is the most brilliant creation


on earth,so pleeese don't abuse it by neglecting it!!
