This is in reply to Mr. Mandhir's article https://mouthshut.com/readreview/5517-1.html
Well Mr. Mandhir it was nice of you to provide us netizens and guide us with the details.
I really appreciate your attempt to expose us to the cyber laws. But the question here is does such a site as https://cyberkanoon.com exist. Or did it ever exist?
The very fact is that the domain cyberkanoon.com has not yet been booked proves that there is no question of the site being present.
To confirm the availability of the domain cyberkanoon.com you may visit:
https://netsol.com/cgi-bin/whois/whois?STRING=cyberkanoon.com&SearchType=do&STRING2.x=36&STRING2.y=12cyberkanoon.com
[The availability was checked at the time of posting this article i.e. on 17th Oct 2002 at 18:40 hrs IST. It could be possible that by now the domain might have been booked.]
As per this fact I suppose that there needs to be a cyber law for guys like you who misinform netizens.
I think even Mouthshut needs to review the articles and check the authenticity of the information provided so that no netizen can take another for a ride by claiming freedom of expression to be his right.
