My views are regarding Tech. Support department, not sure about others(QA, Dev etc)
Cybage is good for average Fresher but not for experienced one .
Managers don't have technical knowledge and they take decisions based on their perception. They always talk about Communication skill and it seems like tech knowledge is nothing in front of comm. skill and we are not working as a Engineer but as a Customer Support Executive.
Whenever we asked manager to pull more tech. work from client we get same diplomatic answers(It is in process, if client will give then we can, Will talk with client on this blah blah.)
No shift allowance, no pick-n-drop.
Harassment in night shift by manager of different project of night shift.
1 yr bond when you join.
Few things still I did not understand about Cybage, these are:
How Appraisal done in cybage?
Work Life Balance: where it is and how it is when most of the weekends you are at office, not proper arrangement of shifts.
