I love Crystal Light. Recently my doctor put me on the South Beach Diet (which also works well.) I stopped drinking all pop to cut back on the calories, and the carbs obviously. Crystal Light is my savior! I love all the flavors except Lemonade (but I don't like Lemonade period). My favorite flavor is Raspberry Ice. Crystal Light does not taste watered down.
It is a nice alternative to water when you feel the need for something with some flavor. I always have a pitcher of it in my fridge at home. I can't wait for the Crytal Light On The Go packets become more popular and be sold in more stores. They are great to take to work or when you are working out since all you have to do is mix the packet in a 20 oz. bottled water.
Crystal Light has become more popular in my area in the last few years. They now have more flavors and it comes either made in bottles or in dry mix form. Both are excellent for me. I take the bottles to work and use the dry mix at home. I highly recommend Crystal Light!
