Crystal Light-Going for low sugar and low calorie diet drinks myself, crystal light is one I go after. Comes in many different favors, My favorite being the iced teas. Good if you want something sweet but something you can drink a lot of. Easy to make, little packets of powder, or you can buy the pre made bottled kind. Light and refreshing, although, some flavors tend to leave a weird after taste in my mouth. Easy to buy, many grocery stores carry it.
I recommend this drink to anyone that is one a diet and wants a sweet and refreshing drink, or anybody, great for kids instead of juice.
