Purhased this ac a few years back. Initually it worked very well. The cooling was great. But then when the temp started rising the acs performance decreased. Had to keep on cool 18 degrees and on high to be relieved from the outside heat.
Similarly during winters when once in a while the temperature would rise and the ac was needed, so often ice would form. Every now and then had to call the service guy who wasnt keen in servicing it to clean up the filter.
