My Experience: My experience with Crossword has always been amazing. I usually enter their store and buy even books I did not plan up for. They have the best collection of books, hands down!
But, I cannot say the same for tge Crossword store at Sion. The store is comparatively small and doesnt have sufficient copies of books. The store being next to a petrol pump(I know, weird place to set up a bookstore:P) does not have many people coming up to the store. The staf was co operative but couldnt arrange for the book I wanted. They further suggested to buy the book from their bigger stores. This happened to me in two occasions after which I stopped going to this store.
The Crossword stores usually having a sitting area where you can browse the books and read a bit. This store didnt have a proper sitting area too.

-Good location
-Helpful staff
Cons:
-Does not have a good collection
-No sitting area
Last Word: This store was a total disappointment! Not Recommending!
