I placed an order on Crossword.In on July 10th for a book that was shown available. Its been 6 days and till date even after like 5- 6 calls to the customer care and \the TRACK my order option which is completely dysfunctional.
I should have just opted for Flipkart with their superior Customer Service. This is completely and utterly disappointing with the worst customer service and no order tracking available. no refunds . no commitments. Nothing.
Guys, just go to Flipkart for your Book Shopping.. What an utter waste of my money !
