Pathetic service and Fraud Company. Review on Crossroadshelpline

Summary: Don't buy the service, car - service is not good and the company is cheat.

These guys sold me the car service for i10 with synthetic oil for Rs 3500, usual charges were Rs 2500. They sent their guy to collect money within minutes at my home and he also promised the same, he also added that car cleaning will be done at home by some new technique, oil will be as promised, car seat cleaning will be done etc. etc. and the service will be provided very next day. Next Day: no body turned up, when I called the guys their no was switched off. Called customer care and they informed that you did payment via check and it will be done only after check is cleared while they promised initially it will be done very next day:) After a week: I called up again and they again gave a slot after two weeks [my service is already delayed by a month now] as they don't have free slots. After two weeks: Guys called up for the service, as he turned up I asked about the oil and service he will do. Oil was normal with MRP of Rs 500! [Wow I paid Rs 1000 extra for upgraded oil]. He himself said the company is cheat and he will only change the oil and filter here and will take the car outside for cleaning and washing. I called up the customer care to cancel the service and refund money, he was not aware of anything and asked me to write email and the concerned department will get back to me [wow. I am fan of their service now] So I didn't had any other choice but to go with some low quality oil and handing over the car to some guy who even I am not sure will bring back my car!
