Took membership for car service. After numerous times calling nobody turned up. Requested for cancellation and refund of 5000 on 6th May. No call/email till now. Worst service ever. Cheated. Irresponsible staff behavior on phone. Called around 100 times but no favor from them. Pathetic service. Every time I call I was given 24 hrs of time to response back. Till now not even a single call came to me. Taken the money, 5000 rs, now not refunding. Don't know what to do. Please suggest.
