I have bought this product a year ago and the performance has been continuously deteriorating over a period of time. It is very difficult to get the service men to service this one. The customer care executive is not reachable. The performance is bad. It will not cool the room. The wheel base is made of cheap plastic and cannot be moved from one place to other easily. Dry grass quality is not good. One will have to face more difficulties if the cooler is used with hard water. The remote provides is of very poor quality. Price is reasonably high and one can go for other alternate products at this price range. The service is poor. I will not recommend buyer to buy this at any cost. Weight wise it is very light but this one creates problem in moving as the wheel base is of very low quality. The cooling effect is bad. A ceiling fan is far better than this. Please avoid buying this one.
