Purchased a Symphony cooler with 2 years additional warranty on 3rd March 24, it started giving trouble from 10th of march. called Croma customer care multiple times till date, but no service from Croma side. every time the agent say they are escalating the matter, but no results till date. Every time I call I will wait for 10 to 15 min in queue this is another way of wasting customer time making him not to call.
They are selling defective products and selling additional warranty. Both won't work for u.
I highly RECOMAND AVOID PURCHASING FROM CROMA. MOST UNRELIABLE COMPANY AND STORE.

It is one more cheater company, gives advertisement as the NO 1 brand in India. Big cheater company- the products won't work for u even for 15 days properly. and u don't have any means to reach out them. u can see all the number and websites but nothing works. u call them they keep u in waiting for for long, by the time ur turn come, call gets disconnected automatically.
Summary is u even can not raise a complaint for defectives product. Imagine how great this company is.
Purchasing a cooler from street corner ship vendor is much much much better than these kind of brand. U can get it half a price and much better service.
NEVER PURCHAGE CHEEP PRODUCTS FROM SYMPHONY AND SUFFER SUMMER HEAT.
