Recently, after doing a bit research I decided to buy HTC XB C620E. The design and looks of this mobile phone is classy. I love its stylish matte finishing. Its display size 4.3 inches, so I can easily watch movies and play games on this mobile phone. This mobile phone has long lasting and scratch resistant body. It has 2.1 MP camera and 3G facility.
Now, I should also mention about my customer experience on the Croma. I have OCD, so I get really panicked if something is not done in the right manner. Often, this spoils my mood for the entire day. My family and friends already know about this problem, so they treat me according to my personality. But, expecting special treatment from someone else who you dont owe anything is something I never expected. When I decided to buy the mobile phone from Croma, little did I know that why they are considered as the leading online shopping portal in India. The standards they have set by offering pinnacle level customer service are beyond comparison. These guys were always on their toes to help me out and solve my query. And, each time they replied me, they had a smile on their faces.
I have known many customer service guys never talk to you politely, so this was a welcome change.
