Booked LG washing machine at Baner showroom on 1 November 2020. Took one hour for just billing in spite of not much rush simple because of failure to update system and resultant technical issues.
Promised delivery on 5 November 2020. Didnt call, didnt deliver the machine. Had to call a total of 11 times to customer care number. Pathetic support staff. Less audible, put you endlessly on hold, every time you call new person picks up the phone, so you have to repeat everything again . On 5 Nov was told machine dispatched, will reach by night. At night was told no number of delivery person assigned to your machine. On 6 Nov was told delivery person not picking up phone. Really pathetic servcie. Had really good experience of purchasing microwave with Vijay sales just few weeks back.
