I'll be providing with an honest review here. Bought JBL headphones from Chroma and didn't have a good experience. The chroma people said if there would be any problem within warranty they would personally take the product from me and replace and give a new one. My headphones right ear stopped working and I called them but they said couldn't help and I would myself have to go to JBL service center. Even the manager denied to look over it. After sales service was poor plus I could have easily bought the headphones online at much cheaper rate.
I'd recommend viewers to ask them about their terms, for me i'll be using chroma for tech trial only.
