I have order Sony laptop backpack from croma and was eagerly waiting for my product to get delivered.After 2 days of ordering I got a msg from croma about my ORDER CONFIRMATION .I also got the information from where my order will get DELIVERED.After getting the invoice I thought that now there is NO CHANCE of order getting CANCELLED.But after total 4 DAYS they mail me and told me that My order has been cancelled.What is this? How they can cancel my orfer after confirmation .
They told me that it was the price error? But I think price error can be solved in 4to5 hours. The product was in stock for more 4 days.Now it is clear that they are doing this for earning money through traffic on their site.Not only this yesterday I so Sony laptop sking @ rs1! Now with this you can know what they are doing for earning money? If my order is not DELIVERED I will surely complain this in Customer court and also shared the review about their worst service everywhere!
